Spam “filtering” is a slippery slope.
First they filter out the JPEG transactions. They call it spam.
Then they filter out coinjoin whirlpool transactions. They call it “potential illicit transactions”.
Then they filter out your bitcoin transactions. Because you said something deemed wrong by the state for “hate speech” or “spreading misinformation”.
Before you know it every mining pool is legally required to follow these dictates due to “regulatory compliance”.
Welcome to the new dystopian world without even needing a CBDC or a social credit system. All because you scared of JPEGs inscribed into Bitcoin blockchain. nostr:note1elu6wygvxckga6t27kyckw5w4u0jwkeud3ssdy40efcxqcds0smqgmyeyv

How is a transaction that someone is willing to pay a transaction fee, an exploit?
