dunno who needs to hear this but when i use the zoom in feature on a website the text is supposed to get bigger, not smaller 🤦

Have you tried zooming out?

Yeah the title keeps getting bigger but the body text ping pongs between two sizes. But only those two sizes, never bigger.

Not surprising that it's terrible UX...it's a government website. 🙄

Yea it would be advisable to lower your expectations
