Can’t be pinned down that way. I’d rather have my assets in BTC, and pay rent with sats, instead of having a big chunk of my net worth down in real estate 🤷♂️💜

Depends what and where
Both depending on the thing in question, your goals, your tax situation (if applicable). Perhaps you rent the think in question and then stack more sats, that would be good. But if you rent more and more and don't accumulate your store of value, not good. Yes?
Depends on circumstances and area. Real estate is not fungible so it’s highly dependent on many variables.
Depends. House? Buy. Apartment? Rent but avoid if possible. Car? Lease (basically a 3-year rental). Furniture? Buy. Tools? Buy, but kinda depends even still.
Stock? Avoid. Bitcoin? Buy 😉
