If they are using the services I’m familiar with, there’s nothing of that ID stored w/Twitter at all; services usually just pass back (to Twitter) with a “this person is, isn’t, or can’t be authenticated”

Authentication services are an interesting space. Some decent risk management happening, and also some crappy UX
