they just said, "you um... you should check this out."
ive been a bitcoin luddite since. some call themselves maxis, but they are the ones who want to sound cool.
nothing captured my attention the same way, and ive been uninterested in 'new technology' since.
but layer two has my attention now. i feel the same revolutionary vibes.

Be careful for the layer 2 affinity scams. They'll lead with exciting claims and say they're layer 2
i appreciate the warning.
when i say layer two, i mean learning lightning backwards and forwards. understanding what calle is doing with ecash. understanding what ark is trying to do.
anything i cant host and run myself, that doesnt accomplish something very specific, is out.
If you can't get your bitcoin back at any second without trusting someone, it's probably a scam
