Hmmm, I’m not into this, but I’m glad you’re looking at gut health. I’m lactose intolerant- I gage my dairy through the week. Most of me 5 kids were/are lactose intolerant. Breast milk to lactose free formula- I say this because each person should be allowed to choose what works for them. I don’t see chocolate covered strawberries on here. Are there cheat days?
