i think the emphasis on ai is cooked up, as a profit model scheme. almost all intelligence on earth has been mined, and copied - sometimes several times. while everyone focuses on artificial intelligence, human intelligence has diminished not because of ai - but because of lazy learning, enabled narcissism, emboldened predation. instead of finding an answer - the default is to use an ai model to search it. i literally do not use ai chats for direct searches: i do it myself

and sift through results on my own. using something or someone else to think for you is a dangerous relinquishment.
