You’re better off doing a 1-2 minute Tabata every 3-4 hours.
That said, I love my setup. Adjustable height desk (with a drawer) and a small, easily movable treadmill.

20 sec exercise. 10sec rest. Body weight movements like squats or push-ups.
Exactly, it can really be any exercise, the key is all out effort in that 20s work period.
