Yes, of course.

We still have the tradition that the best man "steals" the bride from the wedding and "hides" her in a different location, and then the groom has to go find her and pays the bill when he arrives.

Ah yes... Witnessed that at an Austrian wedding recently. Never heard of it before but fun was had!
