It is an attempt to open a private channel to my node with 21M BTC capacity. 🐶🐾🫡
Nothing can happen unless the channel is confirmed and they push the liquidity to my side, which does not help them
How would it even confirm? shouldn't the transaction never confirm?

It never did, and it was down. I FCed it of course, but there is nothing to FC 🐶🐾😂🤷♂️
