Hi Ben, I live in northern Ontario, Canada. The past year my city has been under an almost consistent blanket of white sky. No blue sky and no clouds. They spray at night, so that we wake up to ‘no normal sky’. In the ‘old days’ a white sky meant precipitation, not anymore. People don’t talk about the appearance of the sky even though weather consumes a lot of small talk. Below is a picture before the blanket formed.
