On Amethyst you first have to set your inbound gif-relay. Just pull any in/out gifrelay list off git and ping them, pick the best, go into root folder of your android, set the corresponding variable gifsearch=true, allow Amethyst to connect to your phones local gif server at 127.0.0.1 which you certainly have set up already and you're all set!
