Yes i’ve been getting this kind that is from an allegedly regenerative farm and includes heart and liver 😍

Everyone’s answering with examples/suggestions. I’m looking for a term for this concept. “Stacking staples” or something. Guess it’s not a thing… yet

Lol I knew what you were getting I just had nothing other than the cheapest most nutritious food as terminology 😂

How about “grind beef” bc we’re on the grind and eating good and saving about 75% per lb of lean ground vs steak
