Fluid bed/air. For personal roasting, I use the Fresh Roast SR800 roaster with a few mods and Artisan software with Mastech probes for temperature monitoring.

This was the roast curve (it’s been a while for personal roasting so I didn’t keep meticulous records but happy with the curve overall).
