100% #transparency is sometime 100% #unpleasant. But I also want to be 100% #authentic.
What you see below is my 38 day journey on #carnivore diet. You can see I needed it as hell.
I’ve been able to put down 12 kg or 26.4 lbs in that period.
Let’s do some #technical #analysis of those data. LOL
As you can see at the beginning I've lost weight abnormaly fast. I believe that when I stopped eating #carbs I also improved my water retention... and my body started to get rid of it.
Other interesting fact is, that I was right all those years when I said that a biggest part of why I am gaining weight is my work.
If you see any spike up or longer period without any significant improvement, it means I was so busy I wasn't able to get "zero to not enough" movement or exercise. Not that I exercice much, but I was able to see almost in real life that even a hour of walking a day or making some push ups and squats helped a lot in putting some more weight down.
Only additional thing I was doing was intermitent #fasting. Most of the time I was able to eat in a 6 hrs windows troughout the day. But not all the time I was able to time it in the same exact windows, so this kind of "floated" around. This wasn't really intentional - it seems I just do not need to eat that much when on carnivore diet, so I wasn't in any way starving or at least struggling to get trough the day or night.
