That being said I have to say I don't really buy the narrative that inflation is a required psychological incentive to spur economic activity. To me the biggest roadblock to Bitcoin's success is simply governmental tyranny and them psychologically domesticating people. It's ultimately going to come down to individuals deciding for themselves that they want a more decentralized future, and that's going to be a big ask for many people who would rather go along to get along.
