Do you think in the future we'll have relay operators approach specific individuals and ask them to post their content to their relay in hopes to attract additional users?

i.e. Hey Super Awesome User, my relay costs 50,000 sats for admission. If you say that you're moving to my relay, 50% of all admission fees obtained over the next X period of time will be paid out to you.
