There should be only DEV as first follow.. the main one that worked on nostr clients and protocol.. that's the only "elite" I would be ok to be shilled.. they do the work, they often are not acknowledged.

As a dev, I disagree with this. I think it's far far better to provide new accounts categories of hashtags they can follow, or pubkeys that are associated with a topic.
I like the idea of including a project feed or npub in the About page, or something. The documention in the Wiki, for instance.
