It just means I'm only drinking water, but I have electrolyte packets I'm adding to it occasionally too.

As long as I can, but I want to beat my last time which was 92 hours. My goal as always is 120 but if I don't reach that, it's fine.

I went a week once. After three days your mental clarity starts dropping. day 3 is when your carb reserves run out.
