yes, we had a huge influx of users and had to limit deposits for new users and high amounts to keep up with it. (which is a good idea anyway)
Older users never have been affected and sending of the amounts was and is always possible.

Iβd suggest editing this message say that this is just for new users. I was trying to help someone get their sats out of WoS in a hurry when I saw this.

We tried to make sure existing users are not affected but should have been more careful there.
