I think some take them off bc they’re more watery… I do sometimes if the pore layer is very thick. Anyway looked like a great cook, and can only imagine the health benefits
yeah if they’re were huge i can see it being unpleasant.
i don’t pick the big ones- i try to stick to small firm ones.
as i prefer the texture.
