Good to know. I reached out when I originally had issue and got a response but no suggestions to fix. So I found the Factory Reset button an figured it couldn’t hurt. I could just pay it again but thought I’d see if could retrieve it first.
Did you redo your original seed phrase
I didn’t record the seed phrase. I pretty much screwed it up from the get go. Didn’t have any sats in the wallet, but had paid the fee to get the wallet address customized but it didn’t apply to my app. The app also didn’t generate the random wallet either. I had deleted the app and redownloaded it, which apparently screwed it all up. Noting about to for others learn from my screw up. I guess what I’m saying is this note is for educational purposes. 😂😂😂
