Personal property tax is one of the worst taxes.

I didn't even know it was a thing until I lived in Missouri.

The county sent me a personal property tax form to fill out. It had all these different codes on it to declare various livestock, RVs, boats...

They expect you to pay tax on all this stuff every year.

I wrote "EAT MY ASS" across the form with a big black marker and mailed it back to them, then I moved to Texas. 🤣

In Norway they started to ask people to disclose their bitcoin addresses on the tax form. I no longer live there of course. Jurisdictions reap what they sow.

For several years now the IRS in America has had a question on the tax form that asks if you've bought/sold/received/traded any cryptocurrency in the past year. I always answer 'no' because Bitcoin is not crypto.
