Oh i love boxing. Did it also Till and axident where i fucked up both wrists. No i cant Do boxing anymore, have no strenght there because of damaged craves :( even basic Training is really hard, like pushing or pulling something. Almost the worst which could happen to a Sport freak. Now i am constantly ill too because of my little toddler and the stress. Hope in some years i can move forward again. I understand that you're going through a tough time, but I want to encourage you to believe in yourself and your ability to recover from your injuries, just like I did. I know that some of your injuries are still affecting you, but don't let that discourage you. The key is to learn how to train around your injuries and start small. With consistency and dedication, you'll see progress and before you know it, you'll be back to your full strength.
Also, taking 10 minutes for a soundless meditation can work wonders in transforming yourself and regaining your full strength. So take a deep breath, believe in yourself, and know that you've got this! I'm here rooting for you and sending positive energy your way.
