i fucked up. Registered my name but refreshed the next page by accident so I didn’t get the instructions on what to do next

what name did you register? i can see if it matches a pubkey and if so get your a password for future management if you did not save it. but if it is registered, you just need to use a client and set your NIP-05 ID in your client's profile settings.
