Ok, so, First of all, the initial Constitution makers were not some kind of immortal gods, that they knew everything ahead of time. They made no such Constitution which do not have provision of ammendment for future change,.. so to, the serve the society.

- Was there internet back then.

- Was there computer or smartphone back then.

- Was there advanced technologies and machineries back then..

..etc..

The answer is no..

There are always such people in every society, who want to keep getting free lunch and free money all the time. They don't want change, as per time demands, and they keep creating problems for rest of the society. Things have to change as per time demands,😄☕🎈👍.
