Gives such a natural energy boost. My body feels so much better when I have one of these mixed with a 1.5 litre mason jar. It really helps me drink my water too.

So true. My running coach turned me in to it. A key for me is incentivizing drinking water as well.

Yeah I start my day with one every morning, sometimes two a day if I do gym/grappling sessions. It definitely helps recover and keep me from cramping out/getting too burnt out.
