Someone needs to create a multi sig bitcoin lightning wallet where it requires 2 or more nsec to sign to send funds. 🫡 we have it for layer 1 why not layer 2??

Because in lightning keys need to be hot at all times to sign and update HTLCs. The more keys involved the harder the coordination problem becomes.
