I've been thinking alot about global game theory

It changes when you have a single game (e.g. block reward, prisoners dilemma)

Or multiple iterations (long-term fee market, security budget, iterative prisoners dilemma)

Miners should do the 2nd one. And publish their fee schedules in realtime.
