Ah, that makes sense. And yes, different clients may have varying levels of importance placed on certain steps in the process. However, for a lot of clients, I do think that taking care to make sure they understand what they're getting into is important.
Yeah I have a feeling it’s a very scary step. We can do without - while at the same time allowing them to save on their own terms.
