Doing the right things and the hard things consistently is the way through plateaus. Meat maxx. UVB/UVA. Lift heavy. Be physically and mentally active in some way every day. No carbs. No sugar. No plants. No plastic containers for anything. No tap water. Cut out anyone who disturbs your peace with shitty energy. Embrace solitude. Walk far in remote natural settings (preferably alone or with dogs). Be around dogs (they have naturally positive and enlightened energy).
