maybe it is time for a "share your favorite open source projects"

i'm building a nostr relay but it's funded by dfinity and it's going to have a plugin to store notes on their "canister" chain shards

my code will keep that separated with an interface though, i plan to keep working on it after i'm done with this, honestly don't know how to make anything more of their shit than "it's a damned byzantine fault tolerant replicated data store" but the company that contracted me to do this is specialised in decentralised collab stuff so i am betting my boss finds some way to keep me building things... nostr currently only really makes public and direct messaging possible but a proper private e2e encrypted system built on top of nostr is probably in the offing next, in a few months time
