The South Australian government has created a $2 Billion program called the 'Social Housing Accelerator'.
As with all gov work, this will NOT be accelerated but incredibly slow, the housing will be unsuitable and the outcome will be very antisocial.
Not to mention, it will cause an overall reduction of desirable housing.
