Been working my glutes hard.. I can’t feel when I sit down anymore.. but the price we pay to look good in a bikini.. worth it

Squats and deadlifts?

Uphill climb sometimes weights includes.. lots of kettle bell.. squats

You should think about adding in deadlifts, leg extensions, and hip thrusts, it’ll help.
