Very good news -- a federal judge has enjoined the FinCEN beneficial ownership doxxing that was due to come into force on January 1st, 2025.

As I mentioned in nostr:npub18vj0xgawt60nhu3qdt7caqnt0txmw9atdtmaycec7s8yd9puj4zqtmws2a, the Corporate Transparency Act was a slow-roll attack on financial privacy for ordinary people, requiring every LLC to submit to the Treasury Department the personal details of every beneficial owner.

The judge's injunction halts the government's plan to collect all this information...for now.

Consumer Choice Center will publish a press release on this later today

Good riddance to the Corporate Transparency Act and all other federal laws that are, in fact, a slow-roll attack on financial privacy for ordinary people
