Better coherence between caracters limits with limit differences in social network

Sending message in multithreading system:

My connection is bad and i wait 16 secondes to send to the first network, after, 16 secondes to post on the second social network and another 16 secondes forr the third

For same reason, a longer timeout because often it say "can't send message"
