This time we ate the picadillo, which is El picadillo llanero, it is a thick and dark soup made with vegetables (cassava, green plantains, potatoes and ocumo) and meat cut into pieces, this soup was made on a stove, this gives it that exquisite flavor.

It is accompanied with the most popular arepa, some like to give it a touch of lemon.
