Bitcoin is the death of inflation.
It would have to fundamentally change to become what it killed and I wouldn't call Bitcoin with inflation Bitcoin anymore.

fiat institutions chip away at paper hands
regulatory environment and govt investment push sovereign use to a min
etc
so you end up with institutions owning most of the utxos
and they work out how to recreate the fiat system amongst themselves
old game plan
its just how regulatory capture works.
