I've gone through mine manually over the years. There's a few that I hold out hope that they'll come back when the time is right (most likely from stronger censorship)

I hadn't used this before, but have seen many similar posts here. I've tried it now and it was even fun!
This app isn't a game, it's scans the accounts you follow, and ranks them for their inactivity times. Then you can look over those who have been inactive for a longer time, and delete them if you like.

There is also a function to mark some accounts manually, so that they won't get deleted (I forgot their term) - but same 🤞
