If you are unhappy, then here is what you need to do:

- Get rid of EVERY addiction you have (yes, social media too)

This will take time and will make you more disciplined

- Meditate (for more focus)

- Train your body to be fit (for extreme situations, e.g. if your House is in fire),

- Take cold showers (for more discipline and for the mind to be more in the present moment)

- read more (stimulates the brain) (alternativly you could also read with the book either very close to your eyes (for those with Hyperopia) or very far away (for those with Myopia))

- never think about your problems while trying to sleep

- Always get enough sleep (min. 8 hours), but not too much either (max. 12 hours)

- reward yourself if you did something good (e.g. you meditated)

- In the morning, always think about business ideas (there will be an excellent idea eventually)

- If you get the chance to do tasks right after you got them, then always do them

- Do what you dislike most in the morning (e.g. going to the gym)

- Love yourself by forgiving yourself

- Encourage others to improve their lifes
