Not excited for this one 😬. I added a disclaimer on the upload page to try and reduce my liablility, but will certainly need to find a better long-term solution
The media I posted that is most likely to get hit with a takedown request would be the Tucker Carlson interviews that I ripped from Twitter, but those are actually hosted on my Nostr build account and I just linked them on Flare.
I'm just operating on the assumption that if it's up on YouTube then it's ok for it to be up on Flare. Been ripping music videos off of YouTube all day. 🤷
There is a large archive of public domain resources on internet archive. You can always donate back a portion or all of your earnings to support archiving. What you’re essentially aiming for is archiving with proper metadata for flare with the tagging system . Maybe as a user you can use a dataset from public domain. As a psychological introspection vehicle.
