I think the idea of rating is limited to whether you opened your channel on time, and if there were problems opening channels you were responsive in communication to facilitate it

If you close your channrl early, or your node is constantly down and you have their funds locked up in a useless channel, its fair to loop back later and revise their rating with a bad one but justification and explanation is warranted otherwise a bad rating will probably be ignored by most. Honestly, its reasonable to expect them to contact you with feedback and questions if they see your node is misbehaving since its likely you aren't aware of it.

Channel confirmed, not sure why you chose me but thanks 😉 my node had a catastrophic failure about 6 months ago, was a huge pain, I’m just using it for personal benefit now, basically to zap people on NOSTR.
