Do Kwon's extradition from Montenegro has been delayed once again. The Terraform Labs co-founder has been in custody since March 2023, with both South Korea and the US seeking his extradition for civil and criminal charges related to the $40 billion implosion of the Terra/LUNA ecosystem in May 2022. Montenegro's Supreme Court has postponed Kwon's extradition at the request of the country's top prosecutor, despite a previous appellate court decision to extradite him.
