There is a huge difference in home made vs factory made. The later should be avoided (not only for this).

But it remains that like fruit juice, there are problems consuming more soy then you could by eating the plant. More so for men then for women (women with disrupted female hormones benefit from it, while men should avoid it)

My whole argument applies to boiled UHT milk as well.

Yes but yall are talking about "factory" nut milk, what about "factory" farming? I posted the factory soy milk video below, I intentionally didn't post the factory cow milk video... but you can feel free to look it up.

It's not even factory farming, don't drink UHT milk. It's toxic. I get raw milk from a local farm where the cows are mostly outside.
