My IBD experience with Bitcoin Core v28.0 on a cheap VPS, it took about a week but at least it made it without crashing (2GB RAM is not enough and crashed on me before). Looks like CPU/Network/Disc were not fully utilized and if it would that could have finished syncing much faster than ~1 week it took now.
