Nice, what kind of bike do you use?

Considering getting a Concept2 BikeErg. I prefer to row, but bike is great for smaller spaces.

Sunny Fitness SF-B1805

A normal spinning bike with a heavy flywheel (20kg ~44lbs). That’s the only feature you need for spinning really. Like that you can push with as much weight as possible without the bike moving. This is important especially when climbing (standing)

Oh yeah that totally makes sense.

I've never actually tried it. I can imagine it give you a good burn though 😮‍💨

Yes it does. Great for the cardio. And very easy to stay consistant all year (if you leave somewhere with long winters)

*live somewhere

Knocking it out everyday! 💪

My Man!

Strong! 💪

I do.. and yeah that has been an issue with my training this year. I've tried my best to keep the running going but you cant really run in a snowstorm, -30, and 3ft of snow 🤣

Exactly my situation. I used to run in University (before and a bit after too). I would go out during winter’s deep but a lot of times my phone battery would die because of the cold or ice was a problem. Way easier on the bike, inside 🤣

53rpm you granny. gm 🤙💜

Do you know what average means? Have you ever done intervals?

i only ride in zone vi at 320 watts. these beats are dedicated to gains. gm 🫂🤝😂

I love it when I ask clear simple questions and people evade them on purpose

i’m just being salty cause i miss satsmcd. i have done intervals. you’re a gem node, keep it up granny. 🤣

How is it my problem who you miss or not?

You still haven’t answered the other question. But that’s okay. You’re probably retarded.

definitely retarded.

Go be salty on someone else’s feed. GFY

ouch. you ain’t playin.

Keep going and I’ll mute you

Bye

🤣🤝
