What about it?

Nostr needs a solid infrastructure to scale.
I'm still a newb here. Does nostr not yet have a solid enough infrastructure?
Everyone is still building all around you. That's the fun part of Nostr. They are building live. We are all exploring and testing it for them. It functions but is still a work in progress. As a newbie did you have trouble onboarding? Are you confused about how relays work? Have you tested other clients and apps out? Has your follow list been nuked? There's so much happening. It's pretty wild. Right now everyone is talking about the relays, because of the reply guy and bots that are spamming users. Not sure if you have seen that, but it's a challenge for all the devs. I believe we need to find/build a solid foundation before we can build anything shiny and new. It's very interesting to watch.
I little difficulty onboarding. I don't understand relays very well or how to set one up myself. I've tested out zap.cooking (obviously), zap.stream a little bit, 0xChat, Yakihonne. My follow list has not been nuked. And, yes, reply guy does show up ALOT. Very annoying. Do you have any other client recommendations?
I play with Amethyst, Rabbit, and Primal mostly. Amethyst is the easiest for my phone right now. I use rabbit as a read only (mostly), because I can't tag or write notes on shares/retweets/quotes (whatever they are called). I use Tunestr or ZapStreams when there is music or videocasts. The main clients I use show different content, sometimes the people I follow, I can only see in one client but not the other. It's all very confusing what relays do what. They need to make it easier than easy. I obviously play with zap.cooking. I also use SimpleX for communication. Sometimes when you switch clients, things happen like your mute list gets nuked, or you block people you didn't block, and just recently I nuked my follow list. So it's a gamble unless you create new keys for each client to play, you should be using a key extension to not plug your keys into all the clients. If I learn anything new, I'll help you.
Thanks! Never heard of tunestr and I'm not a fan of primal🤷‍♂️.
I like because I can see most popular by hour, four hours, and this client offers different content that I am missing sometimes. I'm mostly on amethyst though.
