Have Nostr clients gotten any better for browser? I'm still planning on going phone-less but don't know what viable options there are to access Nostr outside of it. #plebchain #asknostr

i like iris.to

very responsive, you should try it

I use Primal desktop, but have links to quite a few others...perfectly acceptable experience.

Going phone-less is so fucking based.

I use nos2x-fox extension for logins

nostrudel.ninja has gotten pretty good but I still also use Primal for the trending feeds

njump.me and nostr.band are also essential for me, you can copy and paste a note ID or nevent or npub after them and get a link like njump.me/npub1wamvxt2tr50ghu4fdw47ksadnt0p277nv0vfhplmv0n0z3243zyq26u3l2

This isn't nostr related but generally relayed to going phone-less: there is a satellite texting / emergency SOS device with purportedly no camera or microphone or speakers. I think it's the inReach Mini 2. I'm considering buying one

Maybe, Nostrudel.ninja , Satellite.earth and Primal are the best.

satellite.earth also works on web browsers others don't work on. good client 👍

Depending on the type of UX/UI you looking for:

We love browser-based:

- ditto.pub

- primal.net (very notes based with a lot of algo choices)

- slidestr.net (to see only media)

- snort.social (integrates a lot of nips including zap.stream)

- nostrudel.ninja (also integrates a lot of nips)

Hope these are helpful recommendations 🤟💩
