Central Entities refusing to upgrade systems and protocols for tasks that can be delegated to technology, that removes a human being from that post & makes the process much faster and more efficient for the public.

This will change with the world superpower having a pro technology stance not only for the private sector but public too.

It's a disservice to public servants because they don't develop the skills that allow them to exit the system and seek or be offered better opportunities in the private sector.
