SBF is charged with 7 counts of fraud and conspiracy but the charge of conspiring to violate US campaign finance has been dropped.

I wonder why!

Couldn’t possibly imagine how prosecuting that one might shine a light on something some would prefer to have remain in the dark. 🤔
